Base System

Our base system includes the web-based Netplate Software, SQL Database, configuration of line layout and specified plating sequences, base Steeplechase control code, and the Control PC with 17" Desktop Monitor, keyboard, mouse, serial interface for laser or RF measurement scanners for hoists, I/O interface card, 100 MHz Ethernet card and telephone modem or DSL router.

Startup and Training are quoted per project based on specific location and system configuration.

Base configuration includes control of hoists, shuttles, load/unload stations, tank temperatures, inline dryers and rectifiers.

The system includes the capability to control tank covers, ventilation dampers, tank chemistry (pH & conductivity), and other on/off manually controlled equipment. Configuration of these items for a specific plating line are quoted as options.

Cubex can provide a complete solution, including laser scanners for hoist positioning and the electrical equipment control panel, which would include all required Input/Output hardware, hoist drives, shuttle, and miscellaneous equipment starters and all other required appurtenances. We can also provide a custom wall mounted enclosure complete with a 15" touch screen monitor and industrial keyboard, in lieu of a desktop PC/monitor setup. In this case, the customer does not need to provide an enclosure with glass door for the base PC. Bar code scanners and/or small keypad terminals can also be provided for operator entry of load, lot or order numbers for tracking.
