Process Explorer Enhanced Version

The Process Explorer Enhanced Version allows Adaptives's Alpha series of LED marquees to be updated with live process data. Here's how it works:

1. Data points are defined in the Process Explorer Table Manager.



2. A template is created for all the static data on the Marquee. Static data may include units, labels and titles.



3. Variable fields are included in the sign's template and assigned a tagname from the Process Explorer.



4. The Machine Display component of Process Explorer is used to select which tagnames should be sent to the signs, and which template each sign uses.



5. Thats it! The information on the signs is updated at an adjustable rate you set.



6. If desired, the same information may be displayed on a web page for viewers not on the plant floor.
